Angeli Desai received a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from George Washington University, and earned a M.A. in Psychology from New York University. Thereafter, Angeli received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Angeli has worked as a psychotherapist at Project Sister Family Services with individuals suffering from trauma. Later, Angeli worked at The Maple Counseling Center, where she worked with a broad range of issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and various addictions. Angeli has had a growing interest in working with young adults, specifically those who struggle with addiction. She appreciates the holistic and comprehensive treatment program of Sober College and sees how valuable such a program is especially for young adults. Angeli maintains a small private practice and works part-time as therapist at Sober College.
