M.A. Higher Education & Organizational Change; B.A. Sociology, minor in Education
Nestor received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California Berkeley, where he focused on leadership development and cross cultural competencies. He was passionate about education so he decided to pursue a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Organizational Change from the University of California Los Angeles. His research focused on the identity formation of college students and making the transition to college as stress-free as possible in order to ensure student success. His goal is to empower students at Sober College to believe in their own educational abilities through critical dialogue.
