We asked Sober College student Jason, 22… “What is your experience of Spectrum?” …

Sober College Fitness Program

Students on the treadmills at Spectrum Fitness Club.

“Going to Spectrum is like another form of therapy for me. Being an athlete, having (Spectrum as) an outlet where I can go work off some of my frustrations and excess energy has helped me in sobriety.” With over 9 months sober, Jason enjoys working out at Spectrum not just because it makes him look and feel good, but also because Spectrum is a place for him to network with other young adults his age in sobriety.

“Spectrum’s like a social gathering. Every time I go to the gym I run into at least 10 people I know who go, or used to go to Sober College. It’s a great environment to both work out and catch up with friends.”
