Sober High School
Many students come to Sober College without having completed high school. We know that earning a high school diploma or GED, provides students with the platform necessary to enter into college, vocational training, or the career field. It is Sober College’s goal to set our students on the optimum path for success, starting with high school completion.
Our High School Program
Sober College offers numerous options for students seeking high school completion. Our academic team will communicate and coordinate with teachers, administrators, and counselors at a student’s current high school in order to keep them on track with their graduation plans. If the student’s home high school is not amenable to such an arrangement, there are still options; Sober College utilizes Burbank Unified and Los Angeles Unified School District’s independent study programs, as well as accredited online high school programs. In many cases, students are able to enroll in Sober College on-site Woodbury University classes and receive high school and college credit simultaneously. For some students, earning a GED may be the best option; for these students Sober College offers comprehensive GED preparation. With the wide variety of options Sober College offers, all students have the opportunity to finish high school during their stay.
