We asked Sober College student Jason, 22… “What is your experience of Spectrum?” …
“Going to Spectrum is like another form of therapy for me. Being an athlete, having (Spectrum as) an outlet where I can go work off some of my frustrations and excess energy has helped me in sobriety,”.
With over 9 months sober, Jason enjoys working out at Spectrum not just because it makes him look and feel good, but also because Spectrum is a place for him to network with other young adults his age in sobriety.
“Spectrum’s like a social gathering. Every time I go to the gym I run into at least 10 people I know who go, or used to go to Sober College. It’s a great environment to both work out and catch up with friends,”.
